ABOUT US Background: Founded in 1979, Orchard Development Corporation develops and manages luxury apartments, mixed income rental properties, and senior communities. New Projects in the Work: Cresmont Loft Apartments 26 four bedroom “roommate suites” near Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.  August 2004 completion. Arbor Crest of Silver Spring 80 mixed income apartments for seniors to be built in Montgomery County, Maryland. April 2003 start. Currently under construction with completion in July 2004. Plans: 1 | 2 University Place 193 units of university-based senior housing next to the University of Maryland Center for Adult Education and the next cultural arts center on campus.  Spring 2005 start. Laurel Gateway Mixed use retail apartments over retail.  This is one of the first projects under the Howard County, MD, Route 1 Revitalization Plan.  2005 Start.
